The 20 Minute Miracle audio is a free audio program created by Lisa Diane.
Diane is often called the Queen of Dreams. Hers is a true rags to riches story.
She is, in fact, the daughter of a minister and a Christian. In the 1990s, her business went bankrupt. She lost everything. Then she rebuilt everything. Once she started following the principle of “Your Thoughts Create Your Life”, she said her life started to change.
She can help you change your life too. In this free audio Lisa will walk you through the entire process.
This is not a meditation. You don’t do this while sitting down. In fact, during the whole process, you are moving around. To get the most out of it, you may even want to take a walk each day.
The first step is that Lisa gets you moving around and breathing. Once you do that, she takes you through several short sessions. Each builds on the other.
You go through all of the things you are grateful for. This helps you open your mind and realize all of the things you have going for you. This also helps you to turn your mind away from the negativity you may have.
You also go through the Law of Command. The Law of Command says that what you speak over your life is what will happen. That’s why, if you are saying negative things about yourself, these things are being reinforced. By using the Law of Command helps you change the way you think about yourself and speak over yourself the things you want in your life.
The other part of this is positivities. These are positive statements about yourself and your life.
It’s been said that it takes about 30 days to get rid of a habit or create a new one. Lisa suggests you try this for 30 days. If you follow this audio for 30 days, it will change your life and put you onto the path of peace, happiness, and freedom.
