Free Workouts from Fitness Magazine

If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!

I am a charter member of Fitness Magazine. I subscribed to the first issue when it came out (I think that is 1995), and I have been a subscriber ever since.

I do read other fitness magazines, or I did, but Fitness Magazine is my tried and true favorite. The reason is that they simply provide the absolute best information on getting fit and losing weight. There’s no gimmicks or anything else either in their magazine or on their site.

They also have the best website too. You can go on their site and actually watch videos, or better yet, do the workouts in the videos.

Here is a sample workout:

20 Minute Energizing Workout

There are a ton more of workouts on their site, and they’re all free. I think you need to sign up for an account on their website, but it’s also free.

Now, you’re probably wondering why I’m talking about this. It’s really simple. The healthier I get emotionally and spiritually, the more healthy I want to get physically.

“We live for the mind, body, and soul,” Wallace Wattles, The Science of Getting Rich

This is simply about helping you live a healthy life, and I know you are probably time crunched just like I am, but believe me, if you work out as little as 10 or 20 minutes a day, it will make you feel a whole lot better. It’s one of the things I did to banish my depression forever.

Try it out and see what you think. You’ll be glad you did.

Verse of the Day

And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Helper, to be with you forever, even the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees him nor knows him. You know him, for he dwells with you and will be in you. (John 14:16-17, ESV)
