Pope tells Nancy Pelosi life must be protected — GOPUSA
I have to be honest about this one: I never saw it coming, but now that I think about it, I’m not really surprised.
After all, Nancy Pelosi really isn’t in touch with what Catholicism believes at all. I don’t think she’s in touch with what any religion believes for that matter. Otherwise she wouldn’t have gone to the Middle East against Bush’s orders, and wrapped a black scarf around her head.
At the heart of this issue is whether or not, at the moment of conception, that fertilized egg is a human being or not. Well, in all of the thousands of years of recorded history, a fertilized egg has never become anything else but a human being, a human being made in God’s image.
Many within the pro abortion movement believe that it’s not a human being. My question to them is: if it’s not a human being, then what is it? It is NOT part of the woman’s body. Science proves that one. The womb is only an incubator for 9 months for a separate human being.
As science progresses, we see more and more evidence to prove that this is a human life. That’s not what matters though, at least not to these people. As long as they get to do whatever they want, without the consequences, that’s fine to them.
I personally have a problem with all of this because it’s too slippery a slope. First it’s abortion, then it’s euthanasia, and then we’re getting rid of anyone we don’t consider desirable.
I’ve said this before, but abortion is inherently racist anyway as the purpose Margaret Sanger had in mind wasn’t to give women the right to choose; it was to get rid of those she considered inferior, mainly poor blacks.

I believe in the sanctity of life. I believe in trusting God to decide who lives and who dies. It is one thing to execute a criminal for committing a crime. It is a whole other thing to murder the innocent unborn because it’s an inconvenience.
97 percent of the abortions performed in this country are performed for the sake of convenience, period. 49 percent never even bothered to use birth control. It’s preventable.
Is it a baby or not? Draw your own conclusions.
