Student illegal at UCLA wants your money

Would someone please explain to me why we should be required to pay the tuition for this girl?

I understand wanting to better yourself. I understand wanting to make a better life for yourself. What I don’t understand is lying and stealing to do it, and that’s exactly what illegal immigrants do when they come here.

I also don’t understand why she was accepted to UCLA when there are plenty of  Americans and LEGAL immigrants out there that should have been accepted ahead of her.

College admission should be based on MERIT. If you don’t have the grades and the skills to get in, get what? Too bad too sad.

I had to go back into the military to make ends meet and pay for my education. I was raising three little ones at the time, and I got a divorce my senior year. In spite of the obstacles, I graduated, and I did it on an even playing field. No lying, cheating, or stealing to do it.

Frankly, I hope they deport this woman, her family, and all the rest of the illegals. I’m all for compassion, but not when I and millions of other Americans are forced to pay for it because of some stupid liberal policy.

This is not only a tax burden we don’t need, but we won’t be able to pay for. Maybe she should talk to Obama. After all, he got into Harvard with a B- average, and some rich Arab oil sheik paid his way through.

Verse of the Day

At that time the disciples came to Jesus, saying, "Who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?" And calling to him a child, he put him in the midst of them and said, "Truly, I say to you, unless you turn and become like children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. Whoever humbles himself like this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven." (Matthew 18:1-4, ESV)
